Narcan Machines and BBQ Blues: Letters to the Editor June 7, 2023

New York City Health Commissioner Ashwin Vasan today unveiled a pilot program to place vending machines containing harm-reduction materials at the corner of Decatur Street and Broadway in Bushwick.  Naloxone (for heroin overdoses) is one of the products people can get, as are nicotine gum and condoms.  The machine will be operated by a non-profit organization called Services for the Underserved.
